About Us
Due to lack of discipline in free nursery being conducted through Children’s Education Society, we started the first English Medium Nursery school called as Banyan Tree English School, in June 2005 with miniscule fees with Mr. Parvez Damania’s support. Today with Mr. Parvez Damania’s support, the little seedling planted by him turned to Banyan Tree English High School. Today the school runs on self-funding principle on student fees. Today in this school including nursery, Jr. KG, Sr KG, Std 1 to Std 10, total 650 students are receiving education. In 2019, students who have received education from Nursery to Std 10 in the same school, are appearing for SSC exam. This was possible because of Mr. Devanand D. Dethe and Mr. Parvez Damania(Advisory Board Member) and Board of Trustees of Children’s Education Society. Even today, Damania family members attend every school event. How to expand the school and how poor and needy get benefit from it? Damania’s and Board of Trustees are striving for the school building. We hope to succeed in this venture to give the best to all the little children in our esteemed school.
THE TURNING POINT OF CHILDRENS EDUCATION SOCIETY
In 2003, through Children’s Education Society, we started Jr. KG/ Sr. KG English Medium School charging nominal fees. Parents and local people supported school and our work. Increasing one class every year beyond Jr. KG and Sr. KG, the primary school was started with the name as Banyan Tree English School as conceptualized by Mr. Parvez Damania. It started with Primary school then by increasing a class every year, the school has increased its classes till class 10 and is approved by Education Department of the government of Maharashtra. Their UDISE No is 27230209306. Also Code number for class 10 is S.31.04094. The first batch of class 10 is gave exam in 2019 and the 2nd batch gave exam in 2020. All the students have come up with flying colours making us proud inspite of the basic essentials not given to them – who deserve the most.
